anything more than the obvious? possibly not. any useful solutions? definitely not.

worth the read, anyway. considered in a wider sense, how should a society approach something like this? presently, ours seems to mostly ignore it - limiting it to suggestions from parents like ``there's nothing you couldn't do'', to popular culture's subtext ``do whatever feels good at the time''.

is thinking that everyone has a perfect fit, somewhere, a dream far beyond the realm of optimism?
